I can't use webex and I can't enter to some webpages

Hello, since this saturday I can not use webex and enter to this webpage hxxp://educacionit.webex.com/

No problems here with the said website. What error do you get when you attempt to open it in a browser? What browsers have you tried to open the website in?

Does temporarily pausing protocol filtering in the advanced setup make a difference?

Webex is not a browser: https://www.webex.com/ . Appears to be an interactive collaborative work software although it may include browser capabiility.
