SQL Server Connection Blocked (Win 10)

Hi,

 

Using C# in Visual Studio Eset blocks my exe or dll when trying to open a localhost connection to Sql server

Visual Studio shows " no issues found" and there are no highlighted lines of codes (errors)

 

A pop up tells me the .exe or .
 

dll was blocked and a copy has been sent to Eset

This happened just now with a file called ADONetExample.exe

Any suggestions as to how to config Eset to allow localhost connection would be great
