Problemas para actualizar productos Eset Endpoint (Problems updating Endpoint products)

En la última actualización de:  ESET Management Agent 7.1.717.0 y ESET Endpoint Antivirus 7.2.2055.0 envío la actualización a cada computadora de manera individual y no general para ir monitoreando que se actualicen y verifique no. La mayoría de los equipos acepto la actualización del Agente pero no de la actualización del Antivirus. Tengo problemas en varios equipos que no actualizan el agente ni el antivirus y también cuando trato de instalar Eset me marcan el error de: La instalación no se completó correctamente.

 Tampoco estos equipos al mandar la tarea de desactivar los productos Eset no lo hace. Si desinstala los productos Eset de manera manual en la computadora y vuelvo a instalar marca el error de: La instalación no se completó correctamente.

¿Cómo puedo resolver este problema?

As for the issue, please install Endpoint 7.2 on one of the troublesome machines manually and create an installation log as per the KB https://support.eset.com/en/how-do-i-generate-an-installation-error-log-for-windows-eset-products and upload the log here.
