Windows 10 version 1903 (and 1909) is not implementing

Recommended Posts

Everytime I implement Windows 10 version 1903 the system requests the update again after a restart.

I have this problem now for over 3 months and someone said I should look at the link https://support.eset.com/en/upgrade-eset-endpoint-encryption-before-updating-windows-10-to-version-1903-or-later

But there is no sollution for me how to upgrade my OS. Can anyone help me?

(I allready tried to install it with the option to disable ESET temporary)

Please elaborate more on what ESET product you have and what issue you are having with upgrade of Windows 10. Do you have ESET Endpoint Encryption or the former DesLock ?

I just install Windwos 10 version 1903 and after rebooting at the end the same version or version 1909 needs to be installed again.

I don't know where to look for any error message.

Is it an idea to remove ESET from my PC, try the upgrade again and then install it again?

You can try although the issue is most likely not related to ESET.

Sounds like a possible Microsoft issue

Since upgrading Win 10 is out of scope for this forum, I will just make a few general comments.

Search the web on articles related to:

1. Downloading the Windows Media Creation tool for Win 10 ver. 1909.

2. Using the Media Creation tool to download a .iso file for ver. 1909.

3. Mounting the .iso file using Windows Explorer. Then running setup.exe and performing an in-place upgrade from your current Win 10 ver. to 1909. Note that the upgrade will keep all your existing files and settings if performed properly.

This has worked flawlessly for me for recent Win 10 Feature Upgrades.
