Unable to Install ESET product

Dear All,

We are unable to deploy ESET to win8.1 OS , after trouble shooting we noticed the presence of true key installer but unable to install it 

Please advise on a work around , kindly find document for windows log

Please provide an install log created as per the KB https://support.eset.com/en/how-do-i-generate-an-installation-error-log-for-windows-eset-products as well as logs collected with ESET Log Collector.

Provided event logs indicate that also all-in-one installer might have been used and deployment fails during installation of ESMC Agent. If so, please provide logs as available in %temp%\eset directory of user that executed ESMC installer - full installer logs from each installer execution should be present in one of subfolders.
