ESET Staff MartinK 384 Posted December 4, 2019 ESET Staff Posted December 4, 2019 According to logs, relevant error is: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Cannot open database "era_dbx" requested by the login. The login failed. (4060) which means that ESMC is not able to connect to database. Probably wrong credentials are used or database has different name as default name is era_db, not era_dbx. There were also some issues related to database reported previously, but that should not prevent users to log in.
