Can't Change Advanced Setup Because no Password

i try install Eset Endpoint Security, when install it, its asking to type the username and password, but i make it blank and after the installation process is done, im about to change some rules to try these ESET product, but its asking me password to enter the advanced setup, or some other menus. How i can fix this, i even cant uninstall it because it also ask the password when i try to uninstall, it look like the attached picture

If the machine doesn't report to an ERA/ESMC server, follow the instructions here: https://support.eset.com/en/reset-your-settings-password-using-the-eset-unlock-tool

Alternatively you can uninstall Endpoint in safe mode with the ESET Uninstall tool.

I would also recommend to not install Endpoint V5, but install in this case Endpoint V7 & newer. V5 has EOL coming soon.

thanks for info, i dont know about this, its my first time trying, i'll try v7
