Web, email protection after migration

Do you get an error when you try to re-enable email and web protection? Did you try uninstalling ESET Cyber Security and installing it from scratch? If that didn't make any difference, please collect logs as per the KB https://support.eset.com/en/use-eset-logcollector-on-macos-and-send-the-logs-to-eset-technical-support and create a support ticket.
