This is the Attention message I'm getting, and it just started.  Any thoughts?

The credentials used to access ESET LiveGrid servers are not correct.

 

In 'Help and support'... it's says Paid (1 device)  and  valid till 8/1/2022 ,  version 13.0.22.0

Please provide logs collected with ESET Log Collector.

If you want you can upload ELC logs here so that I can check if you license can authorize against LiveGrid servers alright.

Where did you purchase the license? It was issued in India and was canceled, it was highly overused. We strongly recommend purchasing a license only from authorized sellers.
