Estejj 0
Hi: If we install remote management tools from ESET in our mobile devices (both Android and IOS), could a thief remove the software and break the blocking capacities of ESET remote management? For example, if the thief gets one of our phones and performs a "factory set up reinstall procedure", does ESET remains or the mobile phone would this way break the bloking capabilities? Thanks and regards.
Administrators Marcos 5,257 Posted November 21, 2019 Administrators Share Posted November 21, 2019 Unfortunately, no 3rd party applications can survive a factory reset of a mobile phone.

If you root the phone and change the recovery , then you can password the recovery , so no one could access the recovery and do a reset without your password , but it's a long procedure , if you are starting now , and it's risky because any mistake will brick your phone. But I don't know if even this is safe , because , everything will be broken , someone will find a way.
