Nabor 0 Posted November 21, 2019 Posted November 21, 2019 My eset database failed to update recently. I tried to clear the cache but the problem still exists. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
Administrators Marcos 5,727 Posted November 21, 2019 Administrators Posted November 21, 2019 It looks like a problem with authorization. Please file a support ticket from the internal form which will also submit necessary logs to customer care for perusal. Did you purchase a license for EMS? I was able to find only a freemium license registered to your forum's registration email, however, it could be that you used a different registration email when purchasing the license.

Yes, it's a separate account. I will try to logout and login on the mobile app if possible and if the problem still exists, I will contact your support team again. Thank you.
