ESET Moderators Peter Randziak 1,168 Posted November 20, 2019 ESET Moderators Share Posted November 20, 2019 Hello @ezeitoun, In the log you shared there are entries like: "Entry" = "Product: ESET Mail Security -- Error 5015. Please shut down your IBM Domino server before installing or uninstalling this product." The Domino service needs to be shut down or restarted so our product can integrate into it. Simple server restart should resolve the issue for you, please let us know if it helped. Regards, Peter
