SOS Parental Control message sent only to one parent

Hi,

 

I installed Eset SMS Tool on my child's phone (Huawei P9 Lite). I set up parents' numbers.

SOS message is sent only to first number. Only one of the parents receive the message.

How to solve the issue? Should I report a bug?

 

Another thing: there is no SOS button on a lock screen
