NOD32 Licensing Question

I have three NOD32 licences covering three different machines, one of which is my main desktop PC. On the desktop PC, Windows 8.1 is installed and I also have Windows 7 and Windows XP running in a VM (VirtualBox). Do I need additional licences to install NOD32 on Windows 7 and Windows XP?

Good question.

However, keep in mind, you can move your license from computer to computer, but never use 1 license on two computers at the same time. -a hint

Thank you for this. Since I rarely have to use the two OS's running via VirtualBox, I think I'll continue to use MSE for this purpose until at least April 2015.
