We have offline scenario for ESMC.and  i copy update files from one of online client to mirror folder on offline server every day.some times some of my clients(specially new clients)can not be update for some days and after that the problem solved.

Please contact your customer care and provide further files for perusal.

Provide the content of the mirror folder. On a client, enable advanced network protection and update engine logging, then run manual update. Next disable logging and collect logs with ESET Log Collector. Also provide the content of the "C:\ProgramData\ESET\ESET Security\updfiles" and "C:\Program Files\ESET\ESET Security\Modules" from the client.
