Everything went well, unfortunately, on the dashboard updated agents are reporting unknow status. But in the list of computers normally communicate, I can do restart etc. Thanks for advice. Jirka L. ESET Staff MartinK 383 Posted November 12, 2019 ESET Staff Share Posted November 12, 2019 Just for clarification for others in case they encounter this issue: unknown state indicates that for specific application version ESMC is not yet aware of it's state. This normally happens when new version of application is seen for the first time and it should be resolved automatically in no more than 1 hour.
