CVB 0
Hi, i just wanted to add 2 smartphones to Eset Anti-Theft. When i want to login to myeset via the Android phones i get the error "Zuordnungsproblem (20512005) or (20512000) I changed my password in myeset and hav now a password only with letters and numbers. I also uninstalled the eset-App and installed it again using an other e-mail-account than the registered one for myeset. What can i do? Administrators Marcos 5,234 Posted November 12, 2019 Administrators Share Posted November 12, 2019 2051 2005 means incorrect password. On the other hand, 2051 2000 means that you are trying to associate the device with the name that already exists in your device list a generic error. ESET Staff metaller 49 Posted November 13, 2019 ESET Staff Share Posted November 13, 2019 (edited) Hi, that duplicity name error was my fault, correctly it means generic error. However, this issue may be resolved now. regards peter Edited November 13, 2019 by metaller
