Hello,

I get these errors after updating to Eset File Security 7.1.12006.0.

During execution of %SCANNER% – Module concerned Server protection on the computer XXXXXXXXX, the following event occurred: Automatic exclusions for Microsoft SQL Server were disabled due the failure while reading file paths. – Description of a non virus event

During execution of %SCANNER% – Module concerned Server protection on the computer XXXXXXXXX, the following event occurred: Automatic exclusions for Microsoft Windows Server were disabled due the failure while reading file paths. – Description of a non virus event

Please raise a support ticket with your customer care and provide a Procmon log as well as answers to the following questions:

• Did this problem appear right after EFSW was installed or only after some longer time (meaning some days)?
• Did the customer have older EFSW version installed before? If yes, did they experience this problem?

Create a Procmon log as follows:

1. Disable automatic exclusions in the Advanced setup
2. Start Procmon
3. Enable automatic exclusions in the Advanced setup. This will cause the (re)creation of auto exclusions.
4. Wait until the message appears in the log. It may take up to 10 minutes for the message to appear.
