Crystal_Lake_Camper 0 Posted November 9, 2019 Share Posted November 9, 2019 since yesterday my 2 browsers ( chrome and brave ) do lag for about 8 or 10 seconds for fully opening up my home page ( startpage.com ) since installing internet security. this occurs on innitial browser startup. worth mentioning is that I run adguard desktop , malwarebytes anti exploit as well and have the following browser plugins : https everywhere , netcraft anti phising , privacy posum , decentraleyes , and fluffbusting ( facebook purity ) enabled. anyone else having this problem? Administrators Marcos 5,074 Posted November 9, 2019 Administrators Share Posted November 9, 2019 As for Malwarebytes, it should be installed only as a second-opinion on-demand scanner, ie. without any drivers. Also I recall reports of some clashes with Adguard with regard to https scanning. I would uninstall both at least temporarily and see if the issue is gone. Additionally, you may have to force Eset SSL/TLS protocol scanning for the Brave browser since it is not an Eset supported browser.
