Error in Security Management Center

Hi,

In my Security Management Center I have one computer that is showing that it has not connected since Sept. 17, 2019. This computer is used every weekday so I don't understand why it is showing that it has not connected. I went to the computer and it is up-to-date on ESET updates as well as Microsoft updates. Could somebody please give me some insight as to why this may be?

Please check C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Logs\status.html and trace.log on the client for possible errors.
