According to https://support.eset.com/kb37/, ESET Cyber Security Pro 6.8 and ESET Cyber Security 6.8 are compatible with Catalina. Do you have the latest version of ECS installed?

Hello @Marcos

Hello @Md Rasel,

well we would need the logs to check it, so collect them as described at https://support.eset.com/kb3404/ , upload them to a safe location and send me a private message with the download details and reference to this forum topic.
