tomekw 0
ESET ESA (2.8.23.0) ESA client installed on the mobile computer (Windows 7) - Windows login. The ESA application is installed on the user's phone. For the user 2FA has been enabled: - Mobile Application OTP (Event-based (HOTP)) - Mobile Application Push The user logs on to the AD domain. Case 1: when the smartphone is online and the computer is online. Authentication is done using Mobile Application Push - OK operation. Case 2: When the smartphone is off-line, the computer is online. Authentication is done using Mobile OTP Application - OK operation. Case 3: when the smartphone is off-line and the computer is online. Authentication occurs only with the login and password from AD. Is this correct? Despite the use of ESA, you can still log in to the computer. Edited October 29, 2019 by tomekw

Hi The 3rd scenario seems identical to Scenario 2. Or did you mean a scenario where mobile device is offline and also the computer is offline? If yes, it depends how you configured settings (see screenshot) in console: regards vladimir
