Eset nod32 will not install

My computer says that this program is installed after I uninstalled two previous versions of the exe file. I cannot find eset anywhere to open it. This happened after I tried to reinstall it again. it says it is already installed?  How can I fix this!    Thanks!!

Try running the Uninstall tool in safe mode, then install the latest version of your ESET product from scratch.
