Unable to launch or uninstall eset

I haven't seen my eset launch for a couple of months, so I decide to run the app, and ended up with nothing as the app didn't launch.

So i decide to uninstall it, and i'm unable to delete the files (ekun, etc)

please can i get help

Try running the Uninstall tool in safe mode.
