DH2020 0 Posted October 10, 2019 Share Posted October 10, 2019 (edited) Hi we have our on prem management server that sits on SubnetA ( 192.168.192.8 ) We have 1 test client ( Windows 10 VM ) that sits on ( 192.168.192.11 ) that has ESET Installed and appears correctly in the console We then have another test client on another subnetB (10.250.8.215) From SubnetB I can telnet to 192.168.192.8 on port 2222 sucessfully so I can validate the routing is correct However when I install the client on the client sitting on SubnetB 10.250.8.215 the client will not appear in the console Please note SubnetB does not have internet access Can I please have some assistance with this?
