pps 4
Hello, I get 3 different but may be related to each other: 1.When trying to see the threats on many computers with filter occured <= 1 year I get an error: FAILED TO LOAD DATA: REQUEST ABORTED RETRY I want to mark those threats as resolved so is there a way to bypass this error? 2.Also when I try to find the threats in a group I get an error: FAILED TO LOAD DATA: REQUEST TIMEOUT 90000MS EXCEEDED. RETRY 3.Also I get an error: Failed to (un)mute some threats.: Request timeout 90000ms exceeded. Thanks, Peter
Administrators Marcos 5,242 Posted October 2, 2019 Administrators Share Posted October 2, 2019 I guess there could be so many records in the db that the load request fails. Try shrinking the time range to 1 day and then to 1 week, if needed
pps 4
And then how I will mark as resolved the threats between 1 month and 1 year?
ESET Staff MichalJ 434 Posted October 2, 2019 ESET Staff Share Posted October 2, 2019 If you will update to ESMC V7, you will have the option to use "precise date filter", that was added in ESMC V7. There were also several performance improvements done, that should make it a bit better. If I read correctly, you have 18+ million (!) threats reported, which might indicate some more serious misconfigurations. How many clients you have connected to your ESMC server?
