I have asked to seller, they don't have customer email address so they have to use their own email id to register nothing else they are genuine, but what about my key.

For a resolution you must contact the seller. If they are not an authorized seller, you might have fell a victim of fraud. In such case, please contact the official ESET distributor for India,

The license was purchased on Oct 31, 2019 and is valid until Oct 30, 2020. If you think this is not correct, contact Adaox, the distributor from whom you purchased your license.
