Non-founctional

Hello 

After installing eset endpoint antivirous some it's components got non founctional.i try reinstall srveral times but the problem not solved.

What can i do??

It happend on win 10 and win 7

Please enable advanced network protection logging in the advanced setup -> tools -> diagnostics and reboot the computer.

Then disable logging and collect logs with ESET Log Collector. When done, upload the generated archive here (only ESET staff can access attachments).

Problem:
Signature validation failing with error 0x800B010C.

Solution:
Download and run Rootsupd from:

http://download.windowsupdate.com/msdownload/update/v3-19990518/cabpool/rootsupd_afc57447f7caadd3253333e35777fcd.exe
