How do I get rid of js/adware.revized.e application malware on macbook?  ESET finds files and deletes them, but how do I get rid of the malware?

What is the location of the file in which the adware was detected?

Couldn't it be that it's detected after browsing the Internet?

Hi, I also have the same problem, but on my Windows 10 Pro Laptop (see snapshot). 
Seems to have infected my Google Chrome.
