Resetting password doesn't send email

Hi!

I'm trying to reset my password on the webpage but it doesn't work, I tried a few days ago and again today.

No email about resetting the password arrives. Nothing in spam folder either.

Please elaborate more on what password you would like to reset. The one that was set to protect ESET's settings and prevent it from being disabled or uninstall by unauthorized persons?

Did you use a different email address than m.....@c......e.net to register at my.eset.com? If so, please send it to me via a personal message.

Unfortunately there is no account at my.eset.com registered to that email address. You can create a new one.
