LiveGrid is not accessible

After enter the license key and re-installing eset to try to fix this problem I still have this issue. It says 'Eset LiveGrid i snot accessible The credentials used to access Eset LiveGrid servers are not correct'. I have looked for similar topics in this forum but they only mentioned re-installing. Linking topics which have known solutions or providing solutions would be helpful.

This error shouldn't normally occur but when it does, it should autocorrect within an hour.
