Password manager not working due to expired license

Hello,

We use Eset smart security premium but can use password manager, it say Expired License

But our license active until Jul 2021. Disable then enable pass manager or uninstall then reinstall smart security still password manager not working.

Anyone can explain what happen and give solution?

Please drop me a personal message with your email that was used to create the Password Manager account.

By the way, the public ID is not confidential; it cannot be misused for anything. That's why it's called "public" so you don't need to worry about having it posted anywhere publicly.

It seem the lisence used by many device. So, it solved
