hi the last 2days my eset is telling me my phanton account is bening used .

how do i take care of this? the phanton  account   says john

Did you log in to the phantom account? You should avoid this and use your regular account.

no i did  not . the other day when  i turned on my computer

beside my sign on picture there was a second picture of a sun flower

the name under the flower says john
