Downloading stuff is incredibly slow

I recently bought Eset and since buying it anything i try and download is so slow it's barely downloading at all. I haven't managed to download anything yet. Things that once would have taken 5 or 6 minutes to download are up to 4 or 5 hours and barely making any progress

This is so frustrating. Any tips?

Are you positive that the issue goes away after uninstalling ESET and returns as soon as you install ESET from scratch with default settings?
