getting number of licenses back

i just returned a new computer that I didn't care for and forgot to remove my ESS 7 , and now I need that license to use on the computer I have now. How do I get the licenses reset? thanks

If you returned the computer to a shop, another person or organization with your own username and password entered in the setup, I'd suggest contacting the distributor or reseller you purchased your license from and ask them to change your password. Then use your username and new password to download and update ESET.

You can proceed to this site to retrieve your info if your in the US.

Then i suggest contacting customer care by phone to adjust your credentials.
