Still received same error message C:\Windows\system32>sc delete epfwwfpr [SC] OpenService FAILED 1060: The specified service does not exist as an installed service. Link to post Share on other sites

That's expected actually because the cause is different than in OP's (mogobjah's) case. That's also why it's not a good idea to report issues in someone else's topic as two different issues are being discussed there. Therefore I've moved your posts to a new one.
