What would be the problem, I already checked 3 times in the support but nobody answers me!

I was able to find a license registered to your email address which expires in 733 days.  I don't see any issues with the license either.

Could you please provide a screen shot for clarification? Did you contact customer care of the Argentinian distributor? When exactly? Did you fill in the support form on their website? Did you get a confirmation email that a ticket was created?
