Bashall 0
Hello, On my EMSC server I have warrnings on all clients: resource-not-found-0x120000e3. Does anyone know what's going on? Regards, Bashall
Administrators Marcos 5,243 Posted August 29, 2019 Administrators Share Posted August 29, 2019 It's a problem of non-existing string in the translation support module. Try configuring ESMC to update modules from pre-release servers. If that doesn't help, raise a ticket with your local customer care.
Bashall 0
Thanks. I'll do that. From my observation this problem applies only to the desktop client. Servers client are clean. Regards, Bashall
ESET Staff MartinK 383 Posted September 3, 2019 ESET Staff Share Posted September 3, 2019 In case it won't help, please provide us versions of ESMC modules as shown in "About" dialog in console.
Administrators Marcos 5,243 Posted September 4, 2019 Administrators Share Posted September 4, 2019 Also I'd check Endpoint's gui on the client to find out what issue is reported there. Please provide a screen shot which should help us pinpoint the issue.

ESET Staff MartinK 383 Posted September 4, 2019 ESET Staff Share Posted September 4, 2019 As you can see, translation module 1708 is quite old as it is dated to year 2018. Could you please verify that your ESMC can access update.eset.com? Or on case of offline environment, could you verify HTTP proxy is properly configured? Updating mechanisms of ESMC is crucial to receive updates adding support for new ESET security products, including both translation of newly added status ans also configuration settings. Bashall 0
Proxy is properly configured, I have access to repo. I have two servers: 1. ERA v6 on Windows Server 2012 - modules are up to date. 2. ESMC on Centos 7 - here I have warnings. Bashall
