New to Forum & Product question

Greetings,

    We are beginning to deploy ESET product suite in our 3 store business for consumers. We have a Laptop PC with no virus protection that is HEAVILY infected with unknown viruses. Is there an ESET Product we can use to clean/wipe.

You can use create a bootable USB flash with ESET SysRescue to scan the machine offline. If the computer is connected to the Internet, try installing ESET and running a full disk scan. Should the malware prevent ESET from being installed, try running a scan with ESET Online Scanner.
