Modules not functioning

Hi Guys,

We are trying to install EIS onto a machine but keep getting this.

 

 

I have Logs ready to be looked at. 

Unless anyone knows of a way to fix this?

Looks similar to the issue i gave you the logs for a few weeks back

That's weird. According to the logs all drivers are loaded alright and there are no errors logged in the ESET nor system event log either.

Is eicar detected when you attempt to download it from http://www.eicar.org/download/eicar_com.zip ?

When I attempt to download the file I get the follow pop up
