errore user cleint for remote administration console

i have this problem with the client in remote administration console

The error merely says that the username/password for update is invalid.

in this case can you tell me, among the various username & pwords that I got, which ones I have to use?

i would the configuration for update antivirus centralized, if i set manualy username & password the update is download from your server everytime.

ok I setted mirror and checked internal update, and the client update from server.
