How to update database virus via ESMC on environmental VA

Hello.

I wana ask about ESMC in environmental VA,
I had using ova file (ESMC ) and buid on ESXI and now i want all client update via ESMC. I followed https://help.eset.com/esmc_deploy_va/70/en-US/enable_apache_http_proxy.html  end enabled Apache HTTP Proxy on my ESMC Virtual Appliance. but it not working. How i can do.

What do you exactly mean by "it's not working"? Did you properly configure the http proxy on the clients under Tools -> Proxy server? What error do you get if attempt to manually update Endpoint? Is VA connected directly to the Internet or you use another proxy server? Is the VA behind a firewall?

"it's not working" I mean  the client cant update database virus. On the client I have configured and ESMC connects the internet directly.

You have advice for me?  thanks
