Anti Theft Fake account Problem. Please Help

I installed ESET Anti Theft on my computer. Then I created a Counterfeit Account for Anti Theft.  days when I turn on the computer screen was only a fake account was not a normal account. Fake account does not enter.  I have uninstalled the device from my ESET, but I still have a fake account. I don't have a normal account. I can only open the login screen on my computer.My operating System Windows 10 x64 1903. I'm using Eset Internet Security.Please Help.
