After upgrading my Endpoint to version 7.1 the following alert message appears:

resource-not-found-0x1211002d

How should I proceed to remove?

You could try at least temporarily switching to pre-release updates in the ESMC server setup so that the latest version of the translation support module is downloaded and see if that resolves the issue:
