I can't activate the Password Manager for ESET Smart Security Premium

After an upgrade and re-installation to ESET Smart Security Premium, I'm not able to activate the Password Manager. What is wrong with my license?

I was able to find only one license for ESET CyberSecurity Pro registered to your forum's registration email address. I'd recommend contacting your local customer care if you have purchased another license for ESSP and registered it to a different email address.

Thanks for quick reply. That is right. But I thought I do an upgrade to Premium, instead I got an extension of the license. Not what I expected.
