If so, please generate install logs as per https://support.eset.com/kb406/ Besides the install log, please provide also logs collected with ESET Log Collector. This specific MSI error indicates that reboot is required -> it might indicate that there is pending reboot or it is not clean installation but rather upgrade of some older version.
