Request unlock code to access password protected settings

Hi
I can't remember password seeted on setting and have no access to settings so

I have contacted eset support multiple times but no one is responding me

 

What should i do?

Are you from Guatemala? How did you contact customer care?

You can drop me a private message me with your license key and the ID generated by the unlock tool. Alternatively you can remove ESET in safe mode using the uninstall tool as per https://support.eset.com/kb2289/.

Also, if your product is managed via ERA / ESMC, you can replace the settings password by the means of a policy that would overwrite the setting.
