Veronika Moore 0 Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 (edited) Using ESET Cybersecurity pro on Mac with Mac 10.12.6. Attempting to set an explicit URL to block using the options under the web access protection does not work. Added the site to the blocked URL list, set 'restrict URL addresses' and also set 'list setup' (enabled) - but the site isn't blocked. The browser in use is Firefox. Example of unwanted URL, when using startlap.hu. Please do not click the link. hxxps://eu.attractionsonoahu.icu/ Edited July 27, 2019 by Veronika Moore Wrong origin website
Administrators Marcos 5,730 Posted July 27, 2019 Administrators Posted July 27, 2019 Did you add the whole url in the list of blocked websites or the hostname eu.attractionsonoahu.icu ? The latter should work, blocking the whole url not since SSL filtering is not performed on Mac.
Veronika Moore 0 Posted July 27, 2019 Author Posted July 27, 2019 We have this saved into the blocked URL list without quotes eu.attractionsonoahu."
