Blocking news popup software with NOD32

There is a "Daily News" popup software in my Laptop: it popup in my laptop everyday.

Whenever I delete this software from the 😄😄  c-drive 😄  of my computer, this software will reappear the following day.

Can I block this software with NOD32?
