OceanSupport 0 Posted July 24, 2019 Posted July 24, 2019 Hi, Recently issued a user update from EES, but the device needed to be rebuilt so the update is just sitting on the console. Device itself is working fine, but the user icon on the console is orange. Have searched forum/internet/knowledge base to find a way to cancel the update to set this user straight, but can't find anything. Can anyone tell me how to do this or what i've missed on the console or point me towards doc to fix? Thanks in advance Gary
Administrators Marcos 5,455 Posted July 24, 2019 Administrators Posted July 24, 2019 Since you have posted in the ESET Endpoint Encryption forum, is the issue actually related to that product or you had the issue with Endpoint Security or Endpoint Antivirus?
OceanSupport 0 Posted July 24, 2019 Author Posted July 24, 2019 Thanks Marcos, it's endpoint encryption, the update is on the endpoint encryption server but possibly not processing because of the device rebuild so the server is showing it as update pending. Just need a way to remove it.
